South Korea announces plans to begin whaling again

Seeing as though I think this is more so for food purposes rather than “scientific research,” I hope they label the meat correctly and this won’t be another added “mystery meat phenomenon.” I can’t deal!

Sannakji – Eating moving Octopus in South Korea

Right, so I came across Oh Happy Dae blog, a travel blog from an EPIK teacher based in Daejeon. She posts a lot about her food excursions in South Korea. This particular meal, Sannakji, nakji meaning “a small octopus” is cut ALIVE and served ALIVE while it STILL MOVES. WTF?! Check out the video as the brave souls take on the cuisine.
